Agreement
By using Ambertide (the apps and ambertide.app) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Ambertide. If you get Ambertide from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using Ambertide
You may use Ambertide for your own personal or work planning. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break, reverse engineer or interfere with it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
What you put into Ambertide is yours. It is stored on your device, as described in our privacy policy. You're responsible for keeping backups of anything important; you can export your data from Settings.
Provided as-is
Ambertide is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that reminders, estimates, schedules or other suggestions will be accurate. Plans and deadlines remain your responsibility.
Stock and weather data
Stock quotes come from third-party sources, are for information only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not investment advice. Don't make financial decisions based on them. Weather forecasts also come from third parties and may be wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or missed deadlines, arising from your use of Ambertide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Ambertide means you accept the updated terms.
